STORAGE INFORMATION

We offer investors a secure, segregated and fully insured vaulted storage solution. We charge a quarterly fee based on the value of the gold at the start of the billing period, equating to 0.6% per annum. Whilst in secure storage, all bullion will be held in individual deposit boxes in the name of the account holder, independently audited on an annual basis and investors can visit to inspect their holdings by prior appointment. Stored bars or coins can be sold back to us directly or withdrawn for physical delivery to your home or business address at any time.

    In order to process your order we will need to verify your identity & address with a photo of your passport, your driving licence and a recent (less than 3 months old) utility bill.

    The retail price of SMO Gold bars & coins is derived from the spot gold price at the time of purchase. Gold Bars & Coins are regarded as investment gold under UK & EU law and are therefore exempt from VAT.

  • TRACEABILITY

    When you purchase SMO Gold investment bars & coins you will receive both a QR code & Batch Number, allowing you to scan the QR code or enter the Batch Number to trace your gold here

  • RETURNS

    If for any reason you change your mind, you can only cancel your order before it is dispatched. This is due to the nature of our product which is subject to market fluctuations, and the normal cooling off period in distance selling does not apply.

  • DELIVERY

    All orders are dispatched fully insured, discreetly packaged and will require a signature upon receipt. We use Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service as standard for the UK and we offer insured next day delivery service also.
