Nestled in the Northern Goldfields region of Western Australia, the Bellevue Gold mine emerges as a beacon of promise in the realm of gold mining.

Bellevue Gold recently transitioned from a developer to producer, with the first gold pour on 25 October 2023. Driven by a vision of sustainability, Bellevue Gold has set an ambitious target to achieve net zero (Scope 1 and Scope 2) greenhouse gas emissions for the Bellevue Gold Project by 2026.

This proactive approach aligns with global efforts to combat climate change and positions Bellevue Gold as a pioneer in responsible mining practices.

Bellevue Gold exemplifies a strong commitment to responsible mining practices, aligning with various internationally recognised ESG standards.

The Bellevue Gold mine spearheads renewable energy initiatives, including the installation of a 90 MW off-grid hybrid power station, aimed at reducing the emissions, through use of a 27 MW solar farm and 24 MW wind farm. Water management strategies prioritise hypersaline water utilisation to minimise fresh water consumption. Tailings and waste management practices focus on responsible disposal.

Safety is paramount at Bellevue, with a culture of safety leadership and continuous improvement. The company supports a diverse and inclusive workforce, with initiatives for Indigenous trainees, flexible work arrangements and targeting high female employment rates across the company. WASTE MANAGEMENT

Bellevue Gold subscribes to the waste hierarchy to reduce, reuse, and recycle waste as far as possible to reduce waste to landfill, and maximise recycling opportunities. The company has established recycling and waste reduction practices on site.
