Delivery & Returns
Delivery:
We offer a complimentary delivery service. All orders are dispatched fully insured, discreetly packaged and will require a signature upon receipt. We use Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service as standard for the UK and we use various courier services for overseas delivery.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a ‘Dispatched Order’ confirmation email with your Royal Mail or courier tracking code so that you can see when your package is expected to be delivered. A signature is required on delivery. Not going to be home? They will attempt to deliver and will keep your package safe until you are able to collect from your local customer service point.
Please note, due to security reasons we are not able to change the delivery address once an order has been placed. If paying by card, the delivery address must also correspond to the cardholder’s address. Due to the high value and liquid nature of our products, we have to protect ourselves from potentially fraudulent behaviour.
Gold Bars & Coins are regarded as investment gold under UK & EU law and are therefore exempt from VAT. For international orders, please note that your order may be subject to import duties & sales taxes levied by your local tax & customs office, which as the customer you will be liable for. Please check with your local customs office to know more about potential import duties & taxes.
Returns:
All sales are final. If for any reason you change your mind, you can only cancel your order before it is dispatched. This is due to the nature of our product which is subject to market fluctuations, and the normal cooling off period in distance selling does not apply.
